Sugandhika Amaradasa has spent more than fifteen years across software quality, performance engineering and project delivery — from her first roles as a software engineer and performance tester through to owning enterprise performance testing strategy today.
Her work spans CRM platforms for Norwegian product companies, enterprise learning systems, restaurant and POS software, warehouse and logistics systems, travel eCommerce, and banking solutions. She combines a strong technical foundation with PMP® governance and Agile leadership as a QA Lead and Scrum Master.
Alongside delivery work she has led performance and code quality focus groups, built training syllabi, mentored testing leads, and spoken at industry events and universities in Sri Lanka.

Enterprise performance ownership
Owns the performance engineering roadmap across mobile, web and backend applications, including organisation-wide performance “Gold Standards” and benchmarks.
Performance gates in CI/CD
Architected end-to-end performance validation in Azure DevOps and built an ApicaLoad framework integrated with Octopus CI/CD, with automated alerting for capacity and stability.
Automation framework migrations
Led migrations from Codecept to Playwright and to Playwright/WebDriver.IO, improving scalability and maintainability of test suites.
Community & knowledge sharing
Lead of the 99x Performance Focus Group (2020–2024), building syllabi and training across all levels, and mentoring performance testing leads.
